A Madison police officer arrested a Bridgeport, Connecticut, man on multiple charges June 6 following an eventful traffic stop on I-20 east bound.
Stephane Kazadi, 46, was charged with disorderly conduct, reckless driving, DUI (refusal), failure to maintain lane, driving without a license, possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce), failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and open container.
